Patent 革の靴

革: leather.  The top looks like a cow's head if you squint really hard.  Maybe the bottom is the legs, and the big rectangle is flappy skin.

靴:  shoes.  That's what 革 leather can change/take the form of 化.

And, yes, 革靴 (かわぐつ) is leather shoes.
